Your session is 20 minutes long. We will do as many poses and breakdowns as time allows. Each session/child/group is different.

Your gallery will have multiple images. You choose your 10 included in this package and have the option to purchase more!

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR START TIME!!

I want you to look and feel your best and not be stressed so please make it a point to have plenty of time to get there. For every minute you are late there will be time deducted from the session.

IF IT RAINS/SNOWS THE DATE OF YOUR SESSION

I will do everything I can to get you into the next available spot on another date. If we cannot come to an agreement on a new date within 2 weeks of your original date all monies paid will be rolled over to another session. Prices for sessions vary. These are discounted prices for Holiday mini sessions 2020 only.

If this should occur you will owe any balance you had plus there may be an additional balance toward the new session. For instance. You pay $300 for a weeknight session. It rains on your date. We cannot get a date in the next 2 weeks (weeknight or weekend) you can roll it over to another session ... Those sessions are $350. You will owe an additional $50 balance on top of any balance you had for the original session. You have until May 15th to use the credit.

You will receive a link to your full online gallery within 7-10 business days of the session. These will be chosen by me as the best portraits from the day and edited at my discretion. You will choose your 10 favorites from that gallery and receive a separate high-res gallery with those images.

You can only bring one set of clothing for the session unless otherwise discussed. This may require an additional appointment.

Holiday 2020

I understand that this is a contract and payment for Holiday mini session to be held at Ocean County Park on the date and time I chose, using the Holiday Portrait setup as advertised.
I understand that the price for this session is $200 to be paid in 2 payments. First payment $100 due after signing, and $100 balance to be paid on the date of or 48 hours before the day of the session.
I understand acceptable payments are Venmo, Cash or Check. I also understand if using any other method of payment for the deposit, I will E-mail lifetimeimpressions07@yahoo.com
I understand that each session is only 20 minutes Max 4 people, and includes 10 high resolution edited images on an online gallery.
I understand that within 10 days I will be able to view my edited images in a gallery of multiple images, then be able to choose my favorite 10 included in the package, and I will get an e-mail of a gallery of those 10 images in their own gallery. I realize these 10 images will then be sent to me via another link and will be high resolution. I will be able to download those 10 images for use for printing, sharing, photo cards and more!
I understand I have the option to purchase more images from this gallery.
I understand these are 20 minute sessions and the importance of showing early, and for each moment I am late will take away the time of my session
I understand that there will be no refunds for any reason and that if I am unable to show up to my session I must give written notice 24 hours beforeany deposit can be used as credit toward any session through May 15th 2021.

This constitutes an agreement for photographic services. It is also understood that any and all digital images remain the property of the photographer, Lisa Reardon, dba Lifetime Impressions Photography and they may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by Lifetime Impressions Photography.

The photographer for this event will be Lifetime Impressions Photography, or its representatives. Studio/Photographer may substitute another photographer to take photographs in the event of photographer's illness or emergency scheduling conflicts. In the event of such substitutions, photographer warrants that the photographer taking the photographs shall be competent, professional, and will be provided without additional charge.

If the photographer cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, theft, strike, denial of admission onto property, denial to allow photography by owner/manager at location, inadequate set-up space, inadequate electrical service, equipment failure, lighting or color balance problems, act of God, or other causes beyond the control of the photographer, or due to photographer's illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to this contract.

The limitation on liability shall also happen in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or computer malfunction, lost in the mail, lost due to memory card malfunction, corrupt digital files or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. Although all extreme care will be taken with the digital media and photographs taken at the event, the client agrees that the photographer limits any liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver pictures, for any reason, to no more than the return of payments made to Lifetime Impressions Photography equal to the percentage of damaged files.

Your digital gallery will be available on site, however you must download the images to your computer as a backup. Copies of digital images will be stored on hard drives and can be made available up to one year after the event for a nominal fee. After the one year anniversary of the services provided, Lifetime Impressions Photography reserves the right to dispose of any digital files as they see fit. Images can be temporarily archived for an additional fee.

Upon signature, photographer reserves the date and time agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for said date and time. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable, even if the date is changed, or the session is cancelled for any reason.
In some cases the deposits and payments may be transferred to another session or date within a time frame, and limited to a value, or a specific session determined by Lifetime Impressions.

A non-refundable deposit is due at the signing of this contract, unless other arrangements have been made prior. No part of any order, including previews, if any, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Prices are subject to New Jersey and local Government Sales Tax. Lifetime Impressions Photography is not bound until the non-refundable deposit is paid and accepted, and this agreement is signed. This agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts confirmed by facsimile signatures transmitted by telephone, each of which shall be deemed a duplicate original.

All images are copyright of Lifetime Impressions Photography. It is illegal to copy, scan or print images.

By signing this form you give the right to Lifetime Impressions Photography to use your images for advertising and marketing purposes. Use may include but is not limited to internet usage and future mailings. Lifetime Impressions will not use your name, address, phone or email in any marketing.

Liability: Lifetime impressions Photography is not responsible for lost, mislaid or stolen property that may occur during your session. Client agrees not to hold Lifetime Impressions liable for any loss, expense or injury arising from or in connection with the photography sessions will any pursuant to this agreement.

Images are edited at the photographers discretion. Online gallery will not include every image shot. Lifetime Impressions reserves the right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional in quality and within artistic standards. Images will be edited for brightness, color and cropped for printing. Any other editing may be discussed and may require an additional fee i.e. teeth whitening, flyaway removal, blemish removal.
